The Role of the Chair

For Boards, Committees & Panels

The Role of the Chair

Complexity, volatility and uncertainty are dominant forces now and into the future for many organisations. New skills and support frameworks are required for Executives and Boards to grapple with the fast flow of information and decision making cycles.

Within any advisory or governance structure, the role of the Chair can be critical to the overall focus and impact.

In this Executive Insights webinar, Advisory Board Centre Founder and CEO Louise Broekman explores the role of the Chair to support Organisations and Boards to develop a strong foundation that embraces critical thinking and strategic foresight.

Louise is joined by Certified Chairs Deborah Biber (Hong Kong) and Craig Manson (Australia) to share their best practice experience and why Chairs need to invest in their own currency and curiosity.
