In this conversation with Louise Broekman, Founder & Head of Faculty of the Advisory Board Centre, Annalie discusses her role in supporting a newly established, $2 billion government-backed research organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes across the United States. Her firm was engaged to help shape investment policy and challenge traditional thinking.

To achieve this, two advisory boards were created: one comprising leading experts in medical science and pharmaceuticals, and another bringing commercial insight from across the health and wellness industry. These boards played a critical role in broadening research priorities, testing assumptions, and uncovering new opportunities.
