Jin Kiat Koh (JK)

Jin Kiat Koh (JK) is a seasoned business leader who has driven business growth, led organisational change, and delivered operational improvements over his 25-year career. He has worked at companies such as Harley-Davidson, Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), Reader’s Digest, General Motors and Singapore Post. His experience is built from roles in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience, Brand and Communications and P&L ownership across the APAC and EMEA regions.

In 2023, JK embarked on a new portfolio career with the intent to leverage his experience and knowledge accumulated over the course of his career to benefit a much larger business community. In 2023, he acquired skills and knowledge in Sustainability and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance).

JK pays it forward by working with individuals, organisations and institutions. He served on the Advisory Council of the Singapore Polytechnic Business School for 6 years; he currently serves on the Advisory Council of Supply Chain Asia, where he is also a Supply Chain Fellow. In addition, he is a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre and an accredited director at the Singapore Institute of Directors. He also serves as a mentor to sustainability startups at the Shell StartUp Engine.

He has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. A lifelong learner, he continues to upskill himself, most recently in the areas of Sustainability and Corporate Governance.
