Dale Cook

Dale initially practiced as a qualified Lawyer, moving into accounting and finance with multinational mining and resource firms in Australia and overseas.  He has extensive experience in Executive Leadership and Board Governance in multinational Resource and Commodity firms. Applying expertise in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Innovation and Commercial to drive transformation, operational effectiveness and commercial success.  He has managed finance and commercial teams in Australia, Singapore, China, Europe, London, South America and Africa. He is a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre.

Currently based in Singapore, where he is the Managing Director of DB3 Advisory, providing expert advice to Boards and Executives in both the profit and not for profit sectors across Australasia.  He is the co-founder of the AustCham Singapore SME and Startup Group.  Dale is currently completing a Doctor of Business Administration (Innovation), having already attained an MBA (Double Major: Strategy & Planning; Leadership & Communication), Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Science.
